Everything about GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel runs the marketing stack for tens of thousands of agencies and local businesses: CRM, funnels, calendars, email and SMS in one place. This is the reference section. What it actually costs once usage is counted, how to get in when it will not let you, and where it leaves gaps.

The plans

What GoHighLevel costs

PlanMonthlyAnnualWho it is for
Starter$97$81/moOne business. CRM, funnels, email, SMS, calendars, reputation
Unlimited$297$248/moAgencies. Unlimited sub-accounts, API access, branded app
SaaS Pro$497$414/moReselling GHL as your own SaaS, with billing and rebilling

The plan price is not the bill. Email, SMS and calls are billed on top at roughly $0.675 per 1,000 emails, $0.0079 per SMS segment and $0.014 per call minute. Starter also caps agencies at three sub-accounts, which is the limit most agencies hit first.

The gap

Reputation is a feature, not a system

Reputation management is listed on every plan, and it does the basics: a review request you can send, a place to see what came back. What it does not do is chase. There is no reliable follow-up on the customers who ignored the first message, which is where most reviews are actually won.

Automatic reviews

Review requests from the number you already use

Trophy Jar connects to GoHighLevel and asks your customer for a Google review when the trigger fires – opportunity won, invoice paid, appointment completed. With GoHighLevel we send from the number you already use in GHL, so your customer sees the same number they have been texting all along and nothing lands in a second thread.
