The plan price is not the bill. Email, SMS and calls are billed on top at roughly $0.675 per 1,000 emails, $0.0079 per SMS segment and $0.014 per call minute. Starter also caps agencies at three sub-accounts, which is the limit most agencies hit first.
Reputation is a feature, not a system
Reputation management is listed on every plan, and it does the basics: a review request you can send, a place to see what came back. What it does not do is chase. There is no reliable follow-up on the customers who ignored the first message, which is where most reviews are actually won.
