GoHighLevel White Label
Your clients log into your domain. They see your logo, they pay you, and GoHighLevel sits invisible behind all of it. That is white label. SaaS mode adds the billing on top, so you can resell it as your own product at whatever price you set.
The plan and the setup
The tier that lets you resell, with billing and rebilling, is SaaS Pro at $497/month. Below that you can put your branding through the interface. You are just not running it as a product with its own subscriptions.
Then it is your domain on the login, your branding through the interface, your pricing tiers, and your own Twilio and Mailgun doing the sending. Set it up properly and your clients never see the GoHighLevel name at all.
Where the money is
You pay $497. Then you charge each client whatever your market supports, commonly $97 to $297 a month. Ten clients at $197 is $1,970 against a $497 platform cost, before usage. That spread is the whole business model. It is also why agencies put up with the learning curve.
What you are signing up for
You become the support desk. Nobody rings GoHighLevel when a workflow stops at nine on a Friday night. They ring you. Onboarding is yours too, and training, and the churn that follows when a client never gets going.
The agencies that make this work run it as a product business, with a roadmap and a real support process. The ones treating it as a markup on someone else’s software are usually out inside a year.
Something else to resell at your own price
Trophy Jar is $9 a month per client and it handles the Google review loop that GoHighLevel leaves half-built. Bundle it into your package at your price, or refer it and take 30% for the lifetime of the client. With GoHighLevel we send from the number you already use in GHL, so your customer sees the same number they have been texting all along and nothing lands in a second thread.
