GoHighLevel Training
HighLevel University is the official training hub, and most of what is on it costs nothing. The Welcome Course, the Playbooks, the Challenges, all free. One thing is paid: the Certification Program.
The free path
Start with the Welcome Course. It gives you the shape of the platform. Then move to the Playbooks, which are task-shaped and much closer to how you will actually use it day to day. Challenges are the accountability layer, worth doing if you learn better with a deadline over your head. None of it costs anything. It also stays more current than any YouTube course, because HighLevel ships changes constantly.
Who it is actually for
The Certification Program is paid. It is aimed at people selling GoHighLevel services: agency owners, freelancers, operators who want proof of expertise to put in front of a client. If you are one business running your own account, it will not make the platform work any better for you.
The honest bit
Most GoHighLevel stalls are not knowledge problems. They are ownership problems. When nobody in the business owns the account, the workflows rot, the follow-up stops, and the platform turns into an expensive contact database. Worth knowing before you buy a course.
One workflow you never have to learn
Review requests are the classic thing an agency builds, breaks, then rebuilds. Trophy Jar runs the whole Google review loop outside your workflows, so nothing rots the day someone edits a trigger. With GoHighLevel we send from the number you already use in GHL. Your customer sees the same number they have been texting all along, and nothing lands in a second thread.
