GoHighLevel Login

The main login is app.gohighlevel.com. That covers most people. If your agency runs a white-label domain, though, yours looks more like app.youragency.com, and that is the one that works for your sub-account.

Where to sign in

Agency and standard accounts: app.gohighlevel.com.

White-labelled sub-accounts: whatever domain your agency set up, usually app.theiragency.com. Type the generic login and it will not find your account. That is the single most common reason a client cannot get in.

The mobile app: LeadConnector on iOS and Android, or your agency’s branded version of it. Same credentials either way.

When it will not let you in

Four fixes

1. Wrong domain. Covered above. It accounts for most of these.

2. Wrong account type. Agency and sub-account logins are separate contexts. Getting into one tells you nothing about whether you can open the other.

3. Password reset going nowhere. The reset goes to the email on the user record. On plenty of teams that is the agency owner, not the person trying to log in.

4. Access removed. If your agency deactivated the user, nothing at the login screen will help. Ask them.

Automatic reviews

Once you are in, the reviews can run themselves

Trophy Jar connects to GoHighLevel and asks for a Google review whenever your trigger fires. With GoHighLevel we send from the number you already use in GHL. Your customer sees the same number they have been texting all along, so nothing lands in a second thread.
