This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Trophy Jar account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@trophyjar.com
- Use the subject line: Trophy Jar account deletion request
- Include the email address registered on your Trophy Jar account (and optionally your business name)
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first in Trophy Jar Settings → Billing, or ask us to cancel it as part of your deletion request
What we delete
When we delete your Trophy Jar account, we remove associated account data, including:
- Your user profile (name, email, phone, and related login credentials)
- Business profile information stored in Trophy Jar
- Review-request queues, templates, and related workspace content tied to your account
- Connected-integration configuration for your account (OAuth connections are revoked where applicable)
- Team memberships associated with your user account
Temporary deactivation or freezing does not count as deletion. Deletion is permanent.
What we may retain
Some records may be kept only where required for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance. For example:
- Billing and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by financial regulations
- Limited server logs needed for security may be retained for a short period
Retained data is not used to provide the Service to you after deletion.
Timeline
After we verify your request, we delete your account and associated deletable data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
