GoHighLevel Pricing 2026
Three plans. Then a second bill, the one nobody mentions in the YouTube reviews. Here is the whole number, usage charges included, on top of what the subscription already costs you.
What GoHighLevel charges
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $81/mo | One business. CRM, funnels, email, SMS, calendars, reputation |
| Unlimited | $297 | $248/mo | Agencies. Unlimited sub-accounts, API access, branded app |
| SaaS Pro | $497 | $414/mo | Reselling GHL as your own SaaS, with billing and rebilling |
Usage is billed separately
Email, SMS and phone are metered on top of the plan. Roughly $0.675 per 1,000 emails, $0.0079 per SMS segment and $0.014 per call minute. A single text often counts as more than one segment, so budget above the headline rate.
An agency pushing 20,000 emails and 5,000 texts a month adds roughly $50 to $60 on top of the plan. Not ruinous. Not zero either, and it climbs as the business grows.
Sub-accounts on Starter
Starter stops agencies at three sub-accounts. One for you, two for clients. Sign a third client and you are on Unlimited at $297, and for most agencies that is the real upgrade trigger, not any feature on the list.
The honest maths
Take the plan, add usage, and if you run an agency add the sub-account tier you will hit inside a quarter. Most agencies with more than two clients land at $297 plus $50 to $100 in usage. Call it $350 a month, not $97.
Reviews are not one of the usage fees
Whatever plan you land on, Trophy Jar adds automated Google review requests for $9 a month. The trigger fires in GoHighLevel, the request goes out, and the follow-up handles the people who ignored it. With GoHighLevel we send from the number you already use in GHL, so your customer sees the same number they have been texting all along and nothing lands in a second thread.
