GoHighLevel ships with more than 25 native integrations, and Zapier and Make cover everything else. Two of them are not optional. Without Twilio and Mailgun, your account cannot send.

Twilio and Mailgun
GoHighLevel does not send on your behalf. You connect your own Twilio account for SMS and your own Mailgun account for email, and you pay those providers directly, on top of what GoHighLevel already charges you for usage. New accounts get stuck here all the time, workflows built, nothing going out, wondering why nothing sends.
What is not in the list
Reputation is native, but it is shallow. A request goes out. Nothing chases the people who ignore it. So most agencies end up building that follow-up themselves as a workflow, which works right up until someone edits the workflow.
The one you do not have to build as a workflow
