New Feature: Video and Photo Reviews

A written review is useful. A short video of a real customer saying it is worth more. Trophy Jar now lets customers record a video, or attach a photo, straight from their phone when they respond to a review request.

There is nothing to download and no account to create; the recording happens right in the browser. The result is testimonial content a business can put directly on its site, alongside its star ratings, without hiring anyone to produce it.

Video and photo reviews tend to carry more weight with new visitors than plain text, since a real face or a real photo is harder to fake than a paragraph. Businesses that collect them can feature them on the widgets already running on their own site, turning a single request into reusable marketing material, not just a star rating.
