What actually helps
Have your company ID ready. It sits in the gear menu under Account and Settings, and it is the first thing you will be asked for. Start in-product rather than by phone. The chat already knows which company file you are in, which saves a whole round of explaining. And if you are chasing an error code, check the community first. The answer is usually there, and it is usually dated.
