QuickBooks Login

QuickBooks Online signs in at qbo.intuit.com. Everything Intuit sells runs off that one account, which is tidy right up until it is the exact reason you cannot get into the company file you need.

Why sign-in fails

Five causes, in order of likelihood

1. Wrong Intuit account. Plenty of people have two. A personal one left over from TurboTax, and a work one. Both let you in. Only one has your company file on it.

2. No access to the company. Your login is fine. Nobody has invited you yet, or the invitation went out and was never accepted.

3. Two-factor on an old phone. Intuit leans hard on 2FA. So it comes down to backup codes or account recovery, and recovery runs in days rather than minutes.

4. The account was closed. A cancelled subscription goes read-only first, then it goes altogether. The login still works. The data does not appear.

5. Browser state. Two Intuit accounts in one browser will fight over the session. A private window sorts out more of these than any support call.
