PatientPop’s Review Requests: What’s Confirmed, What Isn’t

PatientPop is now part of Tebra, following their merger, which matters when researching either name. A third-party source (Givea.review) describes PatientPop as automating review requests via email and SMS, triggered by patient appointment data, though we could not independently confirm pricing for the review feature specifically, since it’s bundled into a broader practice-growth platform rather than sold on its own.

Worth checking current terms directly given the Tebra merger may have changed what’s offered under either name.

A review tool that stands on its own

Trophy Jar isn’t bundled into a broader platform or subject to a merger changing its terms. It is a dedicated review-automation tool, $9 a month for the first two months, then $29, with text and email both included.
