Jobber Login

The Jobber login page is secure.getjobber.com/login. For most people that is the whole answer. If the page will not let you in, the five fixes below cover nearly every reason why.

Where to sign in

Staff and owners: secure.getjobber.com/login. Type getjobber.com/login instead and you land in the same place.

In the app: the Jobber app on iOS and Android takes the same email and password you already use. There is no second account to set up.

Your customers: they never touch this page. Client Hub is passwordless, and there is more on that below.

When it will not let you in

Five fixes, in the order worth trying

1. Forgot your password. Click Forgot your password? on the login page or in the app, put in your email, and Jobber sends a reset link. It goes to whichever inbox the account was created with. On a lot of crews that is the owner’s address rather than yours.

2. You are temporarily locked out. Several wrong passwords in a row locks the login as a security measure. It clears on its own, so reset the password rather than keeping on trying.

3. Wrong email. Jobber accounts belong to a person, not a company. If someone set you up under a work address you never check, that address is the one that works.

4. The app is signed into an old account. Sign out fully in the app, then sign back in. Do not assume the old session carried over.

5. Your access was removed. If you left or changed roles, an admin may have deactivated the user. Nothing you do on the login page fixes that. Ask whoever administers the account.

Still stuck

Getting a human

Jobber’s help centre is at help.getjobber.com, and in-app chat is the fastest route to a person during business hours. Password resets and lockouts are self-serve, though, so support will point you back at the reset link unless the account itself is the problem.

Automatic reviews

While you are in there, the reviews can run themselves

Trophy Jar connects to Jobber once. After that, every job you mark complete sends that customer a text or email asking for a Google review. Nobody on the crew has to remember, and nothing changes about how you work. The $9 plan includes 100 texts a month and the $19 plan includes 1,000, sent from your own local number. For US businesses we handle the 10DLC brand and campaign registration.
