The Jobber App
The Jobber app is where the work actually happens. Crews see the day’s jobs. They log time, take notes and photos, collect a signature and take payment on site. Same login as the web app. No separate account, and it is included in every plan.
What a crew member can do
Today’s schedule and route, first thing. Open a job to read the notes and the property history, start and stop a timer, add photos, work through a checklist, capture a signature, and take a card payment before you leave. Push notifications land when the schedule changes.
What it will not do
Offline is the weak point. It comes up again and again in reviews, and rural crews on patchy signal report syncing problems. Admin work, reporting and most settings are web-only, so whoever runs the office still needs a laptop.
Download and sign in
Search Jobber on the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with the same email and password you use at secure.getjobber.com. If the app will not sign in, do not assume the session carried over. Sign out fully, then sign back in.
The review request the crew never has to remember
The moment a crew member marks the job complete in the app, Trophy Jar asks that customer for a Google review by text or email. Nobody has to ask on the doorstep. That is the part that never happens consistently. 100 texts a month are included on the $9 plan and 1,000 on the $19 plan, from your own local number. For US businesses we handle the 10DLC brand and campaign registration.
