HubSpot Meetings
HubSpot Meetings is a booking link that writes straight into the CRM. Someone picks a slot. The meeting lands in your calendar and the contact record updates itself. It is included free with the CRM.
The record keeps itself
A booking creates or updates the contact, logs the activity, and can move a deal stage. Use an outside scheduler and you are either paying for an integration or copying the details across by hand. Hand copying is how CRMs rot.
Against Calendly and friends
Round-robin and group availability are thinner here. Routing rules, custom branding and payment collection at booking are all weaker or missing altogether. If scheduling is the thing your business actually runs on, a dedicated tool still wins.
What nobody automates
The meeting ends. The deal closes, the work gets done, and then nothing happens. Nobody asks for the review, because asking is awkward and everyone is already on the next job.
The follow-up nobody sends
Trophy Jar sends it. The deal hits the stage you pick in HubSpot, the customer gets a text or an email asking for a Google review, and anyone who ignores it gets a nudge. 100 texts a month are included on the $9 plan and 1,000 on the $19 plan, from your own local number. We handle 10DLC registration for US businesses.
