HubSpot Login
The HubSpot login lives at app.hubspot.com. If your account sits on the EU data centre, it is app-eu1.hubspot.com instead. That small difference locks more people out than any forgotten password.
Where to sign in
Standard: app.hubspot.com. EU data residency: app-eu1.hubspot.com. Bookmark the one your account actually lives on. The other will sign you in quite happily and then show you nothing you need.
If your company runs Google or Microsoft SSO, use that button and leave the password field alone. HubSpot accounts created through SSO often have no password set at all. That is why the reset email never seems to help.
Four common causes
1. Multiple accounts. HubSpot lets one email belong to several portals. So you may already be signed in, just to the wrong one. Check the account switcher before you assume something is broken.
2. SSO required. If your admin enforced SSO, the password route is closed. Having a password makes no difference.
3. Two-factor on a lost device. Backup codes, or an admin reset. Not support.
4. Seat removed. Paid seats get reassigned. Your login still works. Your access does not.
