Xero review requests run on their own once the connection is made: Trophy Jar sends the request, follows up with anyone who has not replied, and sends each review to Google or any platform the business chooses.
Xero users tend to run lean, often without a dedicated admin person whose job includes chasing reviews, which is exactly why the automation matters here. Once the connection is made, there is nothing left to remember: paid invoices simply turn into review requests from that point forward.
