Trophy Jar

New Feature: Sentiment Routing

Not every review belongs on Google the moment it is written. Trophy Jar now reads the rating behind a review and routes it: a 5-star response can redirect straight to Google or another public review page, with options to auto-publish or trigger a notification.

A lower rating takes a different path entirely: a private thank-you page and messaging, plus an alert to the business so a concern can get addressed before it ever becomes public. The business decides exactly where each sentiment goes, not Trophy Jar.

This matters for review-platform policies too, since publicly soliciting only positive reviews can run afoul of some platforms’ rules. Sentiment routing gives every customer the same request; what changes is where their specific response goes afterward, keeping a business’s public review stream honest while still giving it a chance to fix a problem privately first.
