GuildQuality is a real customer-feedback and review tool, priced around $100 a month, confirmed to collect feedback via phone, mass text and email follow-up. It rates 4.5 stars, but from a small sample of 17 reviews, not enough to point to a reliable complaint pattern either way.
That is a fair, honest state of the data: a legitimate tool, priced in line with the rest of this category, without enough independent review volume yet to say more than that.
